Christopher Tanke - President of Strategic Financial Group

• I am an independent financial planner who strongly believes that those who plan smart – retire smart.

I am an Investment Advisor Representative of USA Financial Securities, Ada Michigan, Member FINRA/SIPC.

I am properly licensed in the state of Michigan to provide most securities and insurance solutions to my clients holding series 6, 63, and 65 designations, as well as life insurance and long term care insurance licenses.

I enjoy a variety of associations with other financial planners, CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and professional groups within the financial services industry. In this ever changing financial environment, I find it most important to keep current with new investment opportunities, insurance products, income tax savings concepts, and estate transfer strategies.

My formal education includes undergraduate work at Wayne State University and William Tyndale College. I hold a Masters of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary which I applied to my service as a USAFR Chaplain for 14 years. While unexpected, I believe that my ministerial experiences often serve to enhance the very private financial planning discussions that I am privileged to have with others.

Chris Brown - CPA/MBA - Affiliated Tax Planner for Strategic Financial Group

• I am a CPA with 15 years of experience in providing effective tax solutions and strategies for my clients.

My formal education includes a Masters Degree in Business from Grand Valley State University. I have taught accounting and business management at the graduate and undergraduate levels for over 7 years.

I have a diverse background and unique insight into the industry to bring more value to my clients. I provide comprehensive accounting and tax services for both individuals and businesses. The strength I provide to clients is by standing beside them as they grow a business or personal portfolio.

Brandon Tanke - Associate at Strategic Financial Group

• My responsibilities to the firm are in three areas primarily; Information Technology, Marketing, and Research.

• I am currently a Sr. in the School of Business at Grand Valley State University. Upon graduation I plan on pursuing my Chartered Financial Planner designation and help build the firm alongside my father as a financial advisor.

• I have my Life and Health insurance licenses for the state of Michigan.

Terri Tanke - Office Manager Strategic Financial Group

• My biggest responsibility is to keep the previously mentioned members of the firm in line!

• In addition to running the office, I serve as our firm’s receptionist; coordinate all seminars, “dessert discussions”, and client events; assist with client communication; and oversee all business processing when appropriate.

• I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to personally welcoming you to our offices.
